Weighing out your truth for the day is as simple as having your favorite cup of coffee, playing with your dog, taking a bath or reading a book. The truth can look deeper than that if you search for it, but sometimes the simpliest truths are the most rewarding.
Gratitude Moment: What are three things you are grateful for today?
How does recognizing these things you're grateful for shift the way you experience your day?
What small victory or positive experience did you experience recently?

We tend to forget that one person isn't made to control every little thing. The future is unknown but the present is here. Allow yourself to breathe into this moment. What you don't know, can wait.

Making room for fear can feel triggering at first, but sitting in that uncomfortable state is how you start the healing journey.

What is your potential?
Potential can be broken down into many concepts: Personal Growth, Relationships, Career, Health, Creativity to name a few. Realizing your potential in these areas require self reflection and the capacity for self-evolution. If you are not happy with some or one of these areas, I challenge you to connect deeply to your desired picture of what it is you want yourself to improve upon. If you need to write it out, don't be shy.
