Why did we create TDH?
After years of developing numerous courses and resources for our clients, we consistently heard from our community: 'I wish I could have daily prompts to keep me on track! I do so well and feel amazing during the courses, but once they end, I struggle to stay consistent.' Another common sentiment was, 'I wish I had all these tools at my fingertips whenever I need them!' That got us thinking, why not create something that addresses these needs? Our app provides ongoing support, accountability, and the continuity needed to sustain personal growth and change.

As part of our mission at The Happy Hour, 'To Make the World a Happier Place, One Conversation at a Time,' this app represents our first step in extending our impact beyond our Nashville community, aiming to share our transformative approach across the country.
