Take time each day to connect with your intention, and think about how you’ll embody your intention that day, or reflect on how you did body your intention that day. Actively make note of it. Use your intention as a litmus test, a filter - will doing XYZ get me closer to my intention?
- Environment - Is there opportunity to adjust anything about your environment to help you connect to your intention? If your intention is “energy” , is your bedroom environment set up to allow you to get your best rest; if your intention is “peace” perhaps a candle, or palo santo or token that helps ground you.
- Relationships - Which relationships will help you live by your intention? Think of the people you feel like you can embody your intention when you’re around. Which relationships might not support your intention?
- What is the first step you can take towards living by your intention?
- What are your non-negotiables to achieve this intention?
- Is there anything standing in the way of intention?
- How can you remove this road block ?
